At this time, a deposit is required to reserve your spot for the event(s) you selected. We will process the deposit using the credit card you provided. Please note that a 2% processing fee will apply.

Once your deposit has been processed, you will receive a separate registration link from our team via email. Please watch for this message so you can complete the remaining registration steps, including CE registration and accommodation selections.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION: must be confirmed in writing prior to the first day of the meeting. A $100 registration processing fee is non-refundable but may be applied to a future conference within two years of the cancellation.

LODGING CANCELLATION: must be received in writing 90 days prior to the first day of the meeting. After that date, lodging deposits are non-refundable.
